West Boylston

Michael D'Ambra, 61, of Arlington, TX, formerly of West Boylston, MA, passed away August 9th with his devoted and loving companion Brenda Williams by his side.

Michael was born in Worcester, MA, son of Joseph L. and Beverly A. (Kinnear) D'Ambra, and lived in this area most of his life. He moved to Texas with Brenda last December where he enjoyed season tickets to his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Stephen P. D'Ambra.

Michael leaves his son, Michael Keith D'Ambra, and his wife Debra of Dudley; his daughter, Drena Marie D'Ambra of Shrewsbury; three grandchildren, Elyssa, Evan and Vincent D'Ambra of Dudley; and two brothers, Joseph D'Ambra of Worcester and Richard D'Ambra of Sutton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Michael served his country in the United States Navy from 1971-1977. After his discharge from the Navy, while raising a family, Michael opened and operated Mike's Donut Shoppe in Northborough (and also later in Leicester) from 1980 to 1998. He enjoyed his work, family and playing in the softball league he sponsored through his business.
