Anna "Millie" M. Kane, died peacefully on April 7, 2014 in Life Care Center of Attleboro. She was 89. Her husband Paul F. Kane Sr. died in 2003. Millie leaves behind her sons, Paul Kane of Northborough and Alan Kane and his wife Debbie of Attleboro; her grandchildren, Alan, Brian and Allison; nieces & nephews. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Christian and Antonia (Frederickson) Jacobson. Mrs. Kane was a resident of Northborough since 1958. Many years ago, she worked as a bank teller in Worcester. Millie bowled at Sawyer's in Northborough for 40 years. She was a member of the Frohsinn Club in Shrewsbury. Mrs. Kane enjoyed reading, jigsaw puzzles and trips to Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 3 - 6 p.m. in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St. Northborough. Millie's funeral will be held on Thursday, April 10th at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
