Northborough – Monavar (Bouzorgizadeh) Hakim, was born on Feb. 27, 1925, In Eshgh-Abad USSR, passed away on November 20, 2015, at the age of 90 in Shrewsbury Nursing Home after a period of declining health. She is predeceased by her husband Dr. Khalil Hakim of 28 years (1972). Mrs Hakim leaves behind her two siblings Farhad Bozourgizadeh (brother living in Germany) and Monir Pourian (sister living in Canada); two children Felor Kashef (daughter) and Kamran Hakim (son) and their families, Felor and her husband Rouhy, Kamran and his wife Fariba; grand children, Owrang Kashef and his wife Farnaz, Babak Kashef and his wife Michele, Sanam Zaer and her husband Navid, Sara Rouhanifard and her husband Paymon, and Matteen Hakim; great-grandchildren; Joshua, Nicholas, and Matteen Kashef, Talieh and Kimia Zaer and Jonah Rouhanifard; and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held in Hays Funeral Home, followed by burial in Howard St. Cemetery, Northborough.
