Northborough – Richard F. Beauchamp passed away on January 8, 2016 in Marlboro Hills Health Care due to Alzheimer's Disease. He was 81. Dick leaves behind his companion of over 30 years with whom he lived, Dolores "Doey" Knox of Northborough; his daughter, Monique Beauchamp of Leominster; his son, Richard Beauchamp of Dennis Port; his former wife, Esther Beauchamp; his extended Knox family and dear Northgate neighbors. Born and raised in Worcester, he graduated from the former St. Peter's High School. Mr. Beauchamp spent his 20-year career working at General Motors in Framingham as a painter, retiring in 1978. An avid sports fan, Dick loved baseball and the Red Sox. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army in Germany after the Korean War.
