Teresa 'Terri' Fay, age 52, passed away at her home in Worcester on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Teresa was born on December 18, 1963, the daughter of James J. and Eleanor (Flynn) Fay of Ocala, FL. Teresa grew up in Northborough, graduating from Algonquin Regional High School in 1982. In addition to her parents, Teresa leaves a son, Robert E. Senecal III of Long Beach, CA. A daughter, Nicole Smith, passed away in 1987. Teresa also leaves two sisters, Patricia Fay and Deborah Fay, both of Oregon. Teresa's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 10AM, in the Saint Rose of Lima Parish, 244 West Main Street, Northborough, MA 01532.
