Carol E. (Smith) Simpkins, of Northborough and a previous longtime resident of Virginia, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Tuesday, December 5, 2023. She was 80 years old and the brother to David Jones (Jodi); aunt to Craig Jones, Trent Jones, and Jessica Jones; great-aunt to Tessa and Malcom. A Brother, Kenneth Jones, preceded Carol in death.
