NORTHBOROUGH Cynthia D. Flanders, 66, passed away in her home on May 29, 2021, after a period of declining health. She was born on February 4, 1955, the daughter to the late Daniel and Lucille (Ballou) Flanders. She is survived by a brother, Dale E. Flanders of Texas. A son, Adam Flanders, preceded Cynthia in death. There are no public services planned.
