Daniel Sabatino, a longtime resident of Northborough, Massachusetts, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023; he was 91 years old. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents Donato and Angelina (Dettore) Sabatino, and siblings Antonio, Angelo, Mary Racicot, and Eleanor Blackwood – who passed only hours prior to Daniel. He was born and raised in Uxbridge, MA, and then honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked various jobs before being employed as a machinist for many years until his retirement. He later lived in Framingham, MA, before relocating to his current home Northborough where he has spent his later years.

Daniel enjoyed listening to music, playing the harmonica, watching Turner Classic Movies, tending to his garden, and cooking Italian food. He liked pictures of his family and collecting trinkets and mementos. Daniel loved and cherished the time spent with his family, many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. He also enjoyed playing cards with the Northborough Housing Authority residents. Daniel, who will be deeply missed by those he called on frequently, loved talking on the telephone and sharing fond memories of growing up in the Blackstone Valley and stories of his childhood.
