Donald W. Greite, 75, of Worcester, died peacefully Sunday August 18th at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by his family. He leaves his wife Linda; three children, Debra of CA, Sandra of NJ and Richard of Boylston; two step-children, Jeffrey and Lisa; a sister, Lorelle Frushour and husband Jim of SC; 12 grandchildren. His first wife Janet Greite died in 1985. Mr. Greite was a retired machinist with Bemis Inc. in Hudson and Shirley. Prior to that, he worked as an insurance agent for many years. Donald's memberships included an associate member of American Legion Post #234 in Northborough and a 32nd degree Mason. He was an avid golfer, crossword puzzler, flea marketer, world traveler. He loved Budweiser, the Red Sox and the Patriots. Don was fun loving, outgoing and was always ready with a joke. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St. Northborough. Don's funeral will take place on Thursday, August 22nd at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Howard St. Cemetery, Northborough.
