Judith L. (Kelsey) Kemble, 83, of Berlin, a longtime resident of Northborough, passed away on November 21, 2018. Judy was born in Boston and grew up in Wayland, a daughter to the late Charles H. and Rena R. (Loomer) Kelsey.

Judy was the loving mother of William J. Kemble of Berlin, Robin L. Frongillo and her husband Paul of Holliston, and Guy R. Kemble and his wife Sheila of Berlin. In addition to her children, Judy is survived by two grandchildren, Mark and Allison Frongillo and one great-granddaughter, Rilynn Asmus, all whom were the love of her life; one sister, Lynda Rehse of Bonita Springs, FL and a longtime companion and friend, Ernie Henley. A brother, Charles Kelsey preceded her in death.

Judy enjoyed her summers on Plum Island and winters in Pompano Beach, Florida. She enjoyed her flower garden, bird watching, golf and watching Ernie play softball.
