Judith Anne Strom, affectionately known to all as Judy, passed away peacefully at home, in her sleep, on January 30, 2024. Judy was born in Whitinsville and raised in Uxbridge, daughter to the late Carl O. and Joyce D. (Pidgeon) Strom. She was a graduate of Uxbridge High School . For many years, Judy worked as a kitchen aide in local long term care facilities and most recently, enjoyed working in the deli department at Market Basket in Bellingham.

Judy is survived by her two sisters, Carla Tremblay and husband Peter of Merrimac, MA and Cynthia Berling and husband Mark of Auburn, NH; 5 nieces and nephews, all whom she loved dearly. Judy had a deep affection for animals. She enjoyed caring for her cats, Sanders and Ricky, knitting, embroidery and reading novels.

Judy will be laid to rest privately beside her parents in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Uxbridge. Judy's family respectfully request memorial donations be made to Live and Let Live Farm at  https://www.liveandletlivefarm.org/ or a local animal shelter of your choice. Arrangements have been under the care of Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main Street, Northborough.
