Kenyon "Ken" R. Horelik, passed away on April 8, 2015, at Rose Monahan Hospice in Worcester after a long illness. He was 58. He leaves his wife of 32 years, Kathy (Mangan) Horelik; two sons, Nicholas Horelik of Cambridge and Benjamin Horelik of Washington, D.C.; his mother, Yvonne Horelik of Baltic, CT; two brothers, Darryl Horelik of S. Windsor, CT and Shepherd Horelik of Lowell; five nieces and nephews. Born in Norwalk, CT, and raised in Norwich, CT, he was the son of the late Edward Horelik. Ken graduated from Norwich Free Academy in 1974 and UConn with a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1979. He lived in Northborough since 1990 and is formerly of Norwich. Mr. Horelik was most recently employed with PNC Financial Services in Westborough. An avid Red Sox and UConn sportsfan, he also enjoyed reading and caring for his lawn and garden. Ken was a staunch supporter of Norwich Free Academy.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St. Northborough. The funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 11th at 10 a.m. in St. Bernadette Church, 266 Main St. Northborough. Burial will follow in Howard St. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Norwich Free Academy to benefit the Slater Memorial Museum at www.nfaschool.org.
