The family of Leigh N. Maynard, 67, of Dorchester, MA, share his April 25, 2023, passing. Leigh is survived by a sister, Barbara Hoyt and her husband James of Chesapeake, VA and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Preceding Leigh in death are his parents, William and Marjorie (Nichols) Maynard and one sibling, William Maynard Jr. Leigh spent much of his younger years in Marlboro, Hudson, and Sudbury, MA. After high school Leigh proudly served six years in the U.S. Army. For most of his adult life he resided in Boston and Dorchester, MA where he worked in the hospitality sector. Leigh was an active participant in the City Life Presbyterian Church's many activities, was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed watching older tv sitcoms and Westerns, most especially Bonanza. All services for Leigh are private, for his family. The family suggests any memorial donations be made to the City Life Presbyterian Church in Boston, MA.
