Mary M. (Marrone) Ellison, 93, wife of the late Guy W. Ellison, passed away peacefully on May 28. Born in Winchester, she lived in Reading for 65 years. She was the daughter of the Archille and Elisa (Fossini) Marrone. Mary enjoyed her time working at Stoneham Cooperative Bank; it was her passion until she retired at the age of 85. She loved to cook and appreciated the beauty of gardens and flowers and lovingly took care of them with her magic "green thumb." She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Victoria Cantlin of Northboro; Mary DiTucci of Burlington; Joseph Marrone of Stoneham; John Marrone of Belmont, NH; Peter Marrone of Epping, NH; JoAnn Marrone-Joyce of Stoneham; Lisa Greenwalt of Falls Church, VA; and Judith Callicott of NH.
