Pauline L. (Nutting) Barrett, 72, died June 7, 2014 at UMass/Memorial Health Care (University Campus) in Worcester. Her husband Robert H. Barrett died in 2006. She is survived by her cousin Irene Whittemore of Weymouth. Born in Boston and raised in Hingham, she was the daughter of Edward G. and Dorothy L. (Bresnahan) Nutting. Mrs. Barrett spent her career working for New England Power in Boston. Pauline was an avid reader and loved animals. She had many cats over the years. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 10-11 a.m. in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St. Northborough. Family and friends will then travel in procession for an 11 a.m. graveside service in Howard St. Cemetery, Northborough.
