Upton/Westborough Penelope "Penny" (Paddock) Kelley, 76, of Upton, formerly of Westborough, died June 10, 2014 at Beaumont of Northborough. She leaves her daughter, Debra Mullin and husband Joel of Whitinsville and her son, David Kelley of Upton; two grandsons, Joel Mullin and Matthew Mullin. Born in Somerville and raised in Lincoln, she was the daughter of Louis and Anna (Eaton) Paddock. Penny was employed as an administrative assistant for Digital Equipment Corp. in Westborough during the 1980s. She was an advocate for disabled persons in Massachusetts. Mrs. Kelley was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Marlborough ward. She resided in Upton from 1988-2011 and many years prior to that in Westborough. Penny loved to crochet. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 240 Hemenway St. Marlborough, MA 01752.
