Northborough/Westborough "Like a Brother" William "Billy" L. King Jr., 49, of Westborough, formerly of Northborough, suffered a heart attack and died on May 10, 2014, after watching game 5 of the Bruins/Canadians series with a group of friends. Billy was raised in Northborough, son of the late William L. King Sr. He leaves behind his brother, Thomas "TK" King of Spring Hill, FL, cousins in Burlington, VT and many close friends as he referred to as "like a brother." Billy graduated from Algonquin Regional High School. He worked at Vulcan Industries in Hudson for the past 21 years. He was an avid sports fan who collected Patriots and Bruins memorabilia. Calling hours will be held Thursday, May 15th from 5-8 p.m. in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St. Northborough. A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 16th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, 244 West Main St. Northborough. Burial will follow in Howard St. Cemetery.
